The interaction the children get is beyond what you would expect. My children not only have great relationships with their key worker but every member of staff. This suggests all staff are committed to building positive relationships. The communication between staff is fantastic. I know if I have an issue and that I need support with (potty/toilet training) they will all get involved. Every member of staff is so easy to talk to making not only the child feel safe and supported but the grown up too.

I remember the day I first rang Early Birds to enquire. The very first phone call I had was friendly, welcoming and informing. One question I asked was: 'would you cuddle my child if they were crying?', the answer was 'yes, of course!' I could tell instantly that this was a good fit for my family. My child always feels loved and cared for in the Early Bird setting. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff.

I cannot express with enough gratitude the difference in my son when he joined in September at 2.5, to now. The staff at Early Birds are a fantastic team, they go above and beyond to settle and make sure the child (and parent!) are happy. My son's language, communication and friendship skills have come on leaps and bounds in the last year and that is mainly down to the hard work the team put into all the children. He had to be coaxed out of my arms in his first few sessions but in only a few short weeks he runs in without even a kiss! We recommend Early Birds to everyone and my daughter will absolutely be joining when she is old enough!

My son has loved his time at Early Bird Pre-School and has really grown in confidence during his time there. The staff are all extremely kind and nurturing. When my son has shown an interest in something such as space or bug hunting, they have really drawn upon that and provided him with opportunities to engage with his interests and to teach him more about them. I have also been really pleased with the communication and support received from the staff throughout my son's time at Early Birds. They have been supportive with potty training and kept me updated on how he is doing at preschool. I would highly recommend Early Birds to anyone for their children.
